Monday, September 12, 2022 was an exciting day for our ZeroCarb LYFE team as we achieved one of our business goals. Because the Evansville, Indiana area Schnucks launch exceeded expected sales goals by such an incredible amount, ZeroCarb LYFE was given the opportunity to expand into 80 Schnucks Markets in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
In 2006, when our Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Mohamed Aly, was diagnosed with diabetes, he worked to create the perfect diabetic and gluten friendly chicken-based pizza crust. Today, his work has expanded into offering a healthier alternative to frozen pizzas. With only 5 grams of total carbohydrates, 1-2 grams of sugar, and 50 grams of protein, our ZeroCarb LYFE Ready to Cook Pizzas are the perfect, quick and easy meal that allows you to indulge in pizza goodness without feeling guilty.
Our frozen pizzas are no more than 510 calories, which means you can enjoy your meal and stay on track with your diet!
